RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SURVEYS

Asbestos is a dangerous carcinogen that can only be detected by a microscope. Loflin Environmental recommends that residential property owners test building materials to determine whether asbestos is present before any demolition, renovation, and/or remodeling takes place.

Potential asbestos containing building materials include, but are not limited to: acoustic ceiling spray, floor tiles and associated mastics, linoleum, various types of insulation, drywall joint compound, wall and ceiling texture, exterior siding or stucco, and various roofing materials.
